Refund policy

Last updated: June 2026

BidRadar delivers a digital subscription service (email alerts), so there are no physical goods, returns, or shipping. This policy explains refunds.

Digital subscription — generally non-refundable. Subscription fees are billed in advance for each monthly period and are generally non-refundable once the period has begun, because the service (daily monitoring and matching) is delivered continuously throughout the period. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, but you keep access until the period ends.

When we will make it right. If something goes wrong on our end, contact us within 14 days and we'll help. We will typically issue a refund or credit when: you were charged after cancelling and received no digests for that period; a fault on our side prevented your digests from being delivered for an extended time; or you were billed in error or charged twice.

How to request. Email us from the address on your subscription with your order number and a brief description. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days; approved refunds return to your original payment method.

BidRadar surfaces publicly available government opportunities for your convenience. We do not refund based on the number, relevance, or outcome of opportunities, as these depend on third-party government postings outside our control.
