Cancellation policy

This policy explains how BidRadar subscriptions are billed, renewed, and cancelled.

 

Billing. BidRadar is a recurring monthly subscription. When you subscribe, you authorize us (through Shopify and its payment processor) to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel. Your plan (Starter or Pro) and price are shown at checkout.

 

Launch discount. If you use a first-month discount such as RADAR50 (50% off), the discount applies to your first month only. Your subscription then renews at the standard monthly rate for your plan. This is disclosed at checkout before you pay.

 

Renewal. Subscriptions renew on the same date each month (or the nearest available date) until cancelled. We do not currently send a separate reminder before each renewal.

 

How to cancel. You can cancel at any time with no fees: email us from your subscription address asking to cancel, use the manage or cancel link in your confirmation or any digest email, or reply to any digest. Once cancelled you won't be charged again, and your alerts continue through the end of the period you've already paid for.

 

Pausing and plan changes. Prefer a break? Email us to pause and restart anytime. You can switch between Starter and Pro at any time; changes take effect on your next billing cycle. If we change standard pricing, we'll notify you before it affects your subscription.
