Terms of service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of BidRadar, a service that emails subscribers federal contract opportunities matched to the business profile they provide. By subscribing or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

What BidRadar provides. BidRadar monitors publicly available federal contracting data published on SAM.gov and emails you opportunities that match the NAICS codes, keywords, locations, and preferences you supply. BidRadar is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by SAM.gov, the U.S. General Services Administration, or any government agency.

Informational only — no guarantee. BidRadar is an informational and convenience tool. We do not guarantee that the opportunities we send are complete, accurate, current, or that every relevant opportunity will be delivered, because the underlying data and its availability are controlled by third-party government systems. Nothing we send is legal, bidding, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying every opportunity, requirement, and deadline directly on the official SAM.gov notice before acting.

Your account and use. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate profile information. You agree not to misuse, resell, scrape, or redistribute the service or its output except for your own business use.

Subscriptions and billing. BidRadar is sold as a recurring monthly subscription. Billing, renewal, and cancellation are described in our Subscription and Refund policies, which form part of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability. The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidRadar and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, for any lost contract, bid, or business opportunity, or for any reliance on information we provide. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

Changes and contact. We may update these Terms and will revise the Last updated date. Questions: contact us at the email on our store.
